Our role as a neutral third-party is to first screen and qualify buyers for participation in any of the various homeownership programs where we get involved as the concierge.
$65 to $125 per person or married couple

At CTS, we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. Our goals are in alignment with your goals and our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient.
In our role as a neutral third-party, CTS will assist all parties (the seller, the buyer, and agents) in coordinating the timely completion of all customary pre-purchase inspections within a 10 to 14 day period.
$ (cost is included in our standard fee)
Our title company partner will review title of the subject property prior to the pre-closing and again at the final closing to ensure all parties are assured of a clean title on the property prior to possession.
($250, paid at pre-possession closing)
CTS will handle all the activities leading up to a completed transaction on behalf of all parties to the transactions and conducts the Possession Signing meeting.

As a neutral third-party, CTS assists buyers and their agents in the proper presentation of LuxHome 1224™ offers. Our goal is to guide all sides to a thoughtful and accurate understanding of the LuxHome 1224™ process that results in informed decision-making by all parties.

CTS is the central point of contact during the 1224 Buyer Possession Period and handles a vast array of duties, which include collection, disbursement and remittance of all monthly, quarterly and annual expenses + Quarterly on-site inspections and reports on behalf of the Seller + Home repair and maintenance issues.
